Meet The Team – Vicky Reynolds
This week, we wanted to introduce Vicky to you! Vicky has been with Premium Sales since 2017 and during that time has taken on a whole host of roles with us, proving herself to be an integral part of our team.
Why did you join Premium Sales?
The previous company I worked for unfortunately closed, therefore I was looking for work to fit in with my skill set of admin, sales and marketing, but also to fit around my children and school hours. Premium Sales has always been very flexible when it has come to my children’s schooling and education where my hours are set within the school day.
Tell us about your current role within Premium Sales?
Currently, I am working on lead generation and LinkedIn Sales support for our customers. Targeting LinkedIn prospects for our customers is a great way to make sure we are validating the connections we are making and pursuing quality leads.
How has your career progressed during your time with Premium Sales?
Since starting three and a half years ago, I have been very fortunate to have stretched my wings in many roles within the company. I have worked on the direct telemarketing team, Customer Retention and Development and I now work within the admin and LinkedIn team. There have been many opportunities that have enabled me to try new roles within Premium Sales and this has allowed me to become an all-rounder where I can jump to any role if needed to help and assist.
What has made you stay with Premium Sales for so long?
Being valued as part of the team. Our weekly team meetings make me feel as though I am involved with the development of the company and we are asked for our input regularly on project work. The Premium Sales team are fantastic, it feels more like friends and family than work colleagues.
How has the business changed from when you first joined until now?
I have worked for Premium Sales since we were working at Becky’s home and I have seen it develop into a company with its own office site and grow in numbers both with clients and colleagues. To be part of that journey is amazing and I am very grateful.
Why do you think people should outsource their sales??
To outsource your sales support allows companies the flexibility on hours, money and focus spent on their sales, where it can be ramped up for certain times of the year and eased off on others. You have a team of sales experts at your fingertips and not a single person driving your sales – allowing a more diverse approach to get results.
